Honours degree in any discipline 3 years practical, relevant experience alongside a CIPD CPP/CTP/CHRP qualification GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English is required All applicants will be interviewed to ensure they meet the CIPD's and University requirements
Months of entry
Delivered over two years, the programme is designed to meet the high standards expected of a professional HR Manager. Students will study modules that are relevant to their work issues, and be assessed in an appropriate way, set by the University tutors.
In Year one you will study 4 modules: Human Resource Management in Context; Developing Skills for Business Leadership, Managing, Leading and Developing People and Resource and Talent Management. In Year two you will study three modules, there is one core module, Investigating a Business Issue from a HR Perspective , followed by two option modules determined by employer and student surveys (example modules: Managing Employee Relations; Employment Law: Learning and Talent Development).
The course integrates on and off-campus learning and has two highly regarded residential elements, one UK-based and, depending on option module running, one international.
