An undergraduate honours degree (grade 2.2 or above) from a UK University or the international equivalent.

If you do not meet the above but have significant appropriate experience, your application will be considered, provided that you satisfy the University that you are capable of responding to the challenge of postgraduate work.

Course content

Combining problem-solving elements of marketing with the intelligence and customer targeting analytics is one of the most lucrative and profitable sectors within business in the 21st century.

This multidisciplinary Masters focuses on the data behind emerging technologies and their impact on the customer journey. You will learn to use data to make informed decisions which are innovative and collaborative and research, analyse, design and test elaborate customer experience systems before providing solutions to complex problems.

With modern companies using strong and data driven strategies to leads their business to success, such as local worldwide gambling giant bet365, it’s our mission to give you the skills you need to be able to bring to the workplace immediately after graduation.

You will establish yourself as a strategist and analytical guru, working with real-world briefs and data to prepare yourself for a future career. Through analytics, practice, and training industry-relevant software and cloud packages, you will become an expert market researcher through analysing consumer behaviour for business solutions.

On successful completion of study, we will issue the following award: MSc Customer and Data Analytics
