You will have at have least two years' experience of working in HR in a managerial, senior managerial or strategic role and/or a first degree/CIPD Level 5 Intermediate Certificate.
All candidates will be interviewed to assess their suitability and will be provided with appropriate information, advice and guidance.
All applicants will be expected to have attained a level 2 qualification in Maths and English (e.g. Key Skills, Functional Skills or Adult Numeracy/Literacy).

This is a challenging programme that develops your strategic competence. It is intended to provoke and challenge you in your thinking and expectations about how and why we manage people at work. The programme also challenges you to consider how different HRM approaches may be more effective in achieving corporate success.
