Entry requirements

We welcome applications by prospective students from around the world. Ideally you’ll hold a 2:2 degree in law or a cognate discipline, although candidates with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.

If English is not your first language you will need an acceptable pass in an approved English Language qualification such as the IELTS test (with an overall score of at least 6.5 and a minimum of 6.0 in each component).

Course content

The LLM LegalTech and Commercial Law combines tech with commerce to open up exciting career opportunities that harness the power of technology.

You will learn about the latest technologies in relation to the law, looking at AI and Blockchain and how they can be implemented, but also how they should be regulated. In addition to this, the programme covers the contemporary themes of commercial law, with intellectual property, e-commerce, arbitration and innovation as optional themes of study.
