Entry requirements

You will have achieved an MA in Consulting to Organisations from a systems-psychodynamic perspective, either at the Tavistock or another university. You must also be engaged in work as a consultant - either employed or self-employed, or as an employee within an organisation with managerial responsibilities. As the teaching methods rely on learning from experience at emotional, social and intellectual levels, a capacity to work in this way is essential. We welcome applications from those with equivalent experience. You will need to be able to demonstrate that your Master’s course content covered a similar syllabus to the Tavistock MA in Consulting and Leading in Organisations or that you have gained equivalent learning and experience independently.
