Applicants are expected to have: a minimum of three years’ experience in your chosen profession; experience of direct involvement in the management, training or development of other professional workers, or engagement in consultative work for specific organisations; a first degree or equivalent, and/or professional experience commensurate with that qualification.
Months of entry
This Masters programme develops consultants, managers and leaders so that they have a full understanding of the human dimensions of organisational systems. It gives them the skills to work with them more effectively and see the bigger picture.
If you are a manager, leader, consultant or coach who wants to develop insight into the unconscious processes that affect organisational systems and working life, this course may be for you. One of the advantages of the course is the cross-fertilisation of ideas and knowledge from a wide variety of workplaces, including:
