Entry requirements

A First or strong Upper Second Class Honours degree, or the overseas equivalent, in computer science, or a joint degree with at least 50% computer science content. Applicants with a minimum of three years relevant computer science industrial experience and a first honours degree at the level of a First Class or good 2(i) Class, or its overseas equivalent, may also be considered for admission.

The MSc in Advanced Computer Science and Information Technology (IT) Management is a high quality Masters course. It is a joint venture between the School of Computer Science and the Manchester Business School and is designed to appeal to those who wish to actively participate in the business of exploiting ICT as a strategic tool for the development of organisations, whilst maintaining their own technological advancement as professional scientists.
