A good honours degree, or the overseas equivalent, in a related area. An initial qualification in teaching, if this is not formally part of your first degree, would be desirable.
Months of entry
The course aims to: develop an understanding of the key issues pertaining to the leadership, management and improvement of schools and educational systems; provide relevant and current theories for examining these issues from a range of perspectives; enable colleagues at all levels within an organisation to diagnose and problem solve key issues related to school improvement.
