Course content

This fast-track conversion course is a one year full-time / two year part-time professionally accredited postgraduate planning programme that is fully recognised by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors under their Valuation, Commercial Property, Residential Property and Planning & Development specialisms. The programme aims to provide students with the knowledge and understanding of the full range of professional skills relevant for practice in real estate development or real estate asset management.

Information for international students

Applicants whose first language is not English must meet the following language requirements: IELTS Test score of 6.5 or more overall, with a minimum score of 6.5 in writing and a minimum score of 6.0 in the other subsections
