Diploma requirements:

  • A Bachelor degree in the Social Sciences, for example Sociology, Psychology or Organization Studies

English Language proficiency:

  • Academic IELTS: minimum score of 6.5
  • TOEFL Internet based: minimum of 90
  • Cambridge: CPA or CAE

Course content

The Master in Sociology is an English-taught program that focuses on the analysis of issues relating to social cohesion, for example, populism, social contacts, solidarity.

Students of the Master’s program are taught to translate social problems into sociological research questions and analyze them with the aid of theories and advanced research methods. Students will also learn to evaluate policy and to derive policy solutions from results of sociological analyses.
