A minimum of an upper second-class UK Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or an overseas qualification of an equivalent standard. A level Mathematics is normally required.

The intercollegiate Transport with Business Management MSc, offered in conjunction with Imperial College London, brings together the transport research and training capabilities of the civil engineering departments of the two universities. Students benefit from the multidisciplinary expertise of both departments and their 45 years' experience as leaders in this field.

Qualification and course duration
The programme is delivered through a combination of lectures, seminars, computer-based work and coursework. Assessment is through unseen written examinations, coursework, an individual literature review, presentations and the dissertation focusing on the final project.
