Entry requirements

A minimum of an upper second-class UK Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate subject or an overseas qualification of an equivalent standard, or a recognised Master’s degree or equivalent in an appropriate subject.

If your education has not been conducted in the English language, you will be expected to demonstrate evidence of an adequate level of English proficiency.

Course content

Omics describes a range of analytical techniques (including genomics, metabolomics, proteomics etc.) that are essential contributors to the understanding of human disease and to the development of personalised therapeutic strategies. You will learn detailed knowledge and practical skills required to understand, process and integrate multiomics data, preparing you for a broad range of careers in healthcare and/or industry, or further research (e.g. a PhD).
