Course content

Students follow a programme of study under the guidance of a supervisor and advisory committee and undertake research methods training.

A graduate research assistant is required for the Language and Literacy Research Centre at the Institute of Education. You will register for a PhD on a topic related to language and literacy and work for 14 hours a week as a graduate research assistant. You will receive a stipend of £15,863 (incl. London Weighting) in the first year, rising in accordance with UK Research Council rates and will have your fees paid.

Fees and funding
