Early Years Education MA

A minimum of a second-class Bachelor's degree from a UK university or an overseas qualification of an equivalent standard is required. Appropriate experience of working with young children is desirable.

The English language level for this programme is: Level 2.

Pre-Master's and Pre-sessional English

UCL Pre-Master's and Pre-sessional English courses are for international students who are aiming to study for a postgraduate degree at UCL. The courses will develop your academic English and academic skills required to succeed at postgraduate level.

Early Years Education MA supports students in developing knowledge and skills to address challenges at the local, national, and international levels. Through engagement with contemporary issues and debates, students gain a deeper understanding of policy development while enhancing their leadership capabilities and their ability to assess and improve the quality of early years practice. This programme is one of the flagship programmes of the Department of Learning and Leadership, led by world-leading experts at the IOE, UCL’s Faculty of Education and Society.
