Primary (EYFS/KS1 Full-time Route) PGCE

A minimum of a lower second-class UK Bachelor’s degree or an overseas qualification of an equivalent standard. For Primary Specialist Mathematics, a Mathematics degree or degrees with significant Mathematics content would be an advantage.

The English language level for this programme is: Level 2.

Pre-Master's and Pre-sessional English

UCL Pre-Master's and Pre-sessional English courses are for international students who are aiming to study for a postgraduate degree at UCL. The courses will develop your academic English and academic skills required to succeed at postgraduate level. International Preparation Courses

The Early Years Foundation Stage/Key Stage 1 full-time route will prepare students for the award of Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in line with the requirements of the Teachers' Standards (2012). UCL works in partnership with around 200 primary schools, nurseries and children's centres to enable students to fully prepare to be a primary teacher with an EY/KS1 focus.
