Entry requirements

To be eligible for this MSc, applicants will need to have been shortlisted for the position of 'Sonographer Trainee in Obstetric Ultrasound and Fetal Medicine' at UCLH.

If your education has not been conducted in the English language, you will be expected to demonstrate evidence of an adequate level of English proficiency.

The English language level for this programme is: Standard.

Course content

This programme will provide medical and health science-based students with comprehensive academic knowledge, understanding and practical skills in the field of obstetric ultrasound and fetal medicine. This will be specifically in the areas of ultrasound technical skills, fetal development, prenatal diagnosis and fetal medicine. This Master's degree will run in parallel with a practical professional training programme in obstetric ultrasound.
