Entry requirements

A minimum of an upper second-class Bachelor's degree from a UK university, a GPA of 3.3 out of 4.0 (US system), or another overseas qualification of an equivalent standard. Degree class requirement could be waived for candidates with other exceptional qualifications, such as substantial professional experience in related fields. If your education has not been conducted in the English language, you will be expected to demonstrate evidence of an adequate level of English proficiency. This MA at UCL Qatar equips students with the necessary theoretical and practical skills to assume a career as a leading museum professional within Qatar, the wider Gulf region or further afield. The programme is delivered through a combination of lectures, seminars, practical sessions, and structured reading. Students undertake a 20-day professional placement. Assessment is through essays, presentations, portfolios, reports, oral examination and the dissertation.
