Postgraduate Diploma: A degree or equivalent from a recognised institution in a related field or at least five years' management experience.
Months of entry
This Masters degree seeks to develop a students' knowledge and understanding of hospitality and tourism management along with developing a critical awareness of current issues, new insights and emergent challenges. As such, the programme focuses on strategic operations within the context of a dynamic and turbulent global environment. It therefore seeks to develop students' skills and abilities such that they can (i) make an immediate contribution to management in a hospitality or tourism organisation and (ii) lay the foundations for later career progression. The Masters degree is accredited by the Institute of Hospitality.
