Masters: A good honours degree or equivalent from a recognised institution in the field of hospitality management,with professional qualifications being considered. Postgraduate Diploma: A degree or equivalent from a recognised institution in a related field or at least five years' management experience.

Course content
This Masters degree is designed for participants who will already be familiar with the hospitality industry and will typically have obtained a hospitality related first degree. Participants are likely to join the programme as a route into management in the hospitality industry or with longer-term career development in mind. The programme seeks to develop students' knowledge and understanding of international hospitality management and development within the context of a dynamic and turbulent global environment and to develop a critical awareness of current issues, new insights and emergent challenges with particular reference to their impact on strategy. The degree is accredited by the Institute of Hospitality.
Opportunities exist for a three or six month paid placement with this Masters degree.
