Course contentMicroelectronic design is characterised by the need for continuing education and training. Today, most microelectronic designers require more than is delivered in a conventional four-year programme in electronic engineering. The aim of the MEngSc (Microelectronic Design) programme is to provide advanced coursework with a research element, for engineers who are engaged in the development and realisation of integrated electronic systems.
Fees and fundingThis programme receives funding from the Government under a major initiative to meet IT skills needs identified by the Expert Group on Future Skills Needs, therefore EU Students admitted to this programme in 2009/2010 will pay a reduced annual tuition fee of 2,000 euros
