MSc, PgDip and PgCert: degree in Medicine or second class honours degree in biological sciences, or equivalent research or field experience.
Months of entry
The programme emphasises the relationships between diet and disease and nutritional mechanisms of disease prevention. There is a 12-week core course followed by specialist teaching in research methods, clinical nutrition, nutritional biochemistry, and public health nutrition. 5-month original research project.
The programme is run in collaboration with the Rowett Institute of Nutrition and Health
Information for international students
Pre-sessional English course may be required. SOCRATES student exchange with Norway, Denmark, Holland and France.
