Course content

The programme emphasises the relationships between diet and disease and nutritional mechanisms of disease prevention. There is a 12-week core course followed by specialist teaching in research methods, clinical nutrition, nutritional biochemistry, and public health nutrition. 5-month original research project.

The programme is run in collaboration with the Rowett Institute of Nutrition and Health

Information for international students

Pre-sessional English course may be required. SOCRATES student exchange with Norway, Denmark, Holland and France.
