Course content


Biblical Studies stimulates reflection in the use of Bible in Theology crossing convential boundaries between exegesis and Systemetic Theology. You look at issues of canonical criticism, narrative reading, and the use of Scripture in the construction of theological arguments. You study at one of the foremost UK research institutions in Biblical Studies.

An MTh in Biblical Studies prepares students for PhD studies or other career options. It offers the students a firm basis for working in the field of Old Testament /Hebrew Bible and New Testament Studies, whether in an academic, religious or other setting.
