Summary

A growing area of interest for individuals and health teams worldwide Mindfulness allows you to supoort others within community or counselling settings.

The programme invites all experience practitioners to enhance their practice and extend their professionalism. Studies in Mindfulness programme is not only academic. Mindfulness needs to be taught within an experiential context as it is a dynamic and personal process. For this reason the programme team includes a number of experienced mindfulness practitioners. Students attend a week long retreat on Holy Isle. You can apply your understanding of mindfulness to professional and life settings.

Courses include: Mindfulness, Compassion, Insight, Professional Enquiry and Work - Based Project / Dissertation
