Applicants should have completed a 14 year education programme with three years’ work experience, or hold a BTEC HND/equivalent with two years of work experience. Non-native users of English are welcome but will hold a level of English equivalent to IELTS 5.5 or better. About the course
The Pre-Masters course offers a route into Postgraduate Business degrees for international students whose academic or linguistic backgrounds do not qualify them for direct entry.
The course consists of subject specific, English language and study skills units which are fully assessed. The Business units are delivered by subject specialists. Most course units are subject specific, with three providing knowledge of business strategy and management, and business research. This curriculum prepares individuals for Master’s degree academic engagement from the perspectives of subject coverage and skills requirements.
Successful completion of this course guarantees access to one of the following courses at the University of Bedfordshire: MBA; MSc Business & Management; or MA International Human Resource Management.
