Entry requirements

A good BSc Honours degree in Biological Science or an undergraduate degree in subjects related to medicine. Overseas students will also need to satisfy the relevant university regulations to undertake a research degree. Applicants without this formal qualification but who have significant relevant work experience may be considered on a case-by-case basis; an interview with the project leader is required. Applications will be assessed using UKBA and University of Bedfordshire policy. Check English language requirements.

Research Degrees are ideal for those wishing to study for a PhD and/or those aiming to improve their laboratory and practical skills. Students wishing to study for a PhD must identify a project supervisor with whom they work to develop a project outline.
