Studying this course students will develop a critical knowledge and understanding of how to enhance personal creativity and explore organisational levels to enable a creative and open approach to idea generation and decision making.

Students will get an understanding of the role of leadership and human resource management and development in building capability, commitment and an organisational culture that is supportive of creativity and innovation.

The course will equip students with the confidence and expertise to analyse and offer solutions to real world innovation challenges providing them with an understanding of applicable project management principles, tools and competencies in fast changing environments.

Understanding how to select and access international finance commensurate with new market requirements and refining their expertise and research skills necessary to solve real world problems will also be learned.

While this course is primarily aimed at people wanting to move directly into employment, if students find their studies particularly stimulating and want to study further then there is always the possibility to continue to Doctoral studies, i.e., a PhD.
