Course content

The program aims to foster high-level management talent who will be able to meet the demands of Chinese economic and social development, as well as the needs of internationalisation of Chinese enterprises. They also have insights of multi-culture and competitiveness in globalised business.It also focuses on the development of leadership skills in corporate management, which include innovative thinking on the basis of professional knowledge and being able to develop solutions against management problems.

The Birmingham-Jinan MBA program aims to establish a competitive MBA program for senior managers of international companies in South China and the neighbouring region, by integrating the resources in MBA education and the excellence of faculty teams of both parties, who both enjoy a long history and strong reputation.

They will achieve this by utilising the advanced education theories and mature quality control system of the University of Birmingham, as well as the profound expertise of Jinan University in business education in the context of Chinese culture and by adopting the high quality” flying faculty model”, as well as concise and focused curriculum design.
