Clinical Research - Academic Clinical Fellows (ACF) Framework

Entry requirements

This masters programme is only available those students who are selected for the ACF programme. Students gaining an ACF post are required to undertake a minimum of 40 credits of set academic modules and are eligible to select modules/complete research leading to any of the above qualifications.

Course content

This framework is designed for junior doctors who have been awarded a place as an Academic Clinical Fellow. It meets the requirements set out by NIHR for accredited academic experience, whilst leaving the student free to maintain their primary focus on gaining a fellowship (Wellcome, MRC etc).

Information for international students

If you are an overseas applicant and English is not your first language you must provide evidence that you meet our Standard English language requirements. IELTS - 7.0 with no less than 7.0 in any area.
