Course content

Electronics is at the heart of a wide range of business and entertainment systems. The integration of computing and communications with interactive digital media is evident in many modern innovations that are creating a revolution in business and the life of individuals.
In addition to the modules taken as part of a standard MSc in Electronic and Computer Engineering, the 'with industrial studies' programme includes an industrial placement module. This placement takes place during the summer, following the sessional examinations. After the industrial placement you return to the University to begin an individual project.

It is possible to contact members of staff at the School of Electronic, Electrical and Computer Engineering through Skype. This will only be available when the relevant person is in their office. To avoid disappointment it is therefore best to email in advance in order to arrange a good time to call.
