Under their expert guidance, the Online LLM Environmental and Energy Law takes on an analytical, research-centred quality, enriching the content with the latest theories and practices.

Covering topics including environmental protection and energy production, and legal issues from laws relating to oil and gas to renewable energy and climate change, the programme takes 2.5 years to complete and is split into six career-focused modules (20 credits each) and a dissertation. Information for international students

For international students standard English Language requirements apply. You must have an IELTS 6.5 with no less than 6.0 in any band.

Fees and funding

University of Birmingham are also excited to be offering a 10% early bird discount from the first module for the October 2024 intake to those who have accepted an unconditional offer and are registered on the programme by 27th September 2024.

The estimated total cost of this programme is £17,640. You can pay in full or in instalments of £2,520 on a module by module basis.
