We’ll encourage you to reflect on your own professional practice and guide you in your journey towards becoming a perceptive, responsive and decisive educational manager.
People are at the heart of education so you’ll study human resource management theory and practice including staff recruitment, retention and release. We also offer knowledge of key marketing concepts and strategies and how to deploy them effectively to maximise student enrolment in the increasingly competitive educational marketplace.
