Whether you're already working in HR and want to further your career with a qualification or simply have an interest in the complex nature of people and organisational management, our part-time Postgraduate Diploma and MSc in HRM offer a route to professional recognition as well as personal and career development.

This exciting, innovative and flexible course engages you in an academically rigorous learning environment. It aims to develop the critical and analytical skills required by someone dealing with employment and work issues. The course reflects best practice and innovative thinking and research in HRM education and practice.

Postgraduate Diploma or MSc

The course is flexible in that you can decide at the end of the 1st year whether you wish to exit with a Postgraduate Diploma after 2 years or continue on into your 3rd year by completing your dissertation and achieving an MSc. We also offer a full-time MSc in HRM if this suits your lifestyle better - please contact us or visit the website for further details.

PGDip -

Investigating a business issue from a HR perspective;
+ 1 elective.

Stage 3:

MSc only -

22,000 word dissertation.

Information for international students

International degree gross percentile average (GPA) of 2.5 out of 4.0 or 6.5 out of 10, or overall average of 70 from 100%

Fees and funding

* We are offering 35 scholarships of up to £2,000 each, for UK/EU students on a competitive merit basis.

* Also awards of up to 20% off tuition fees for all candidates who have sucessfully completed a Bradford University bachelor's degreee with honours in either class I or class IIi.
