Course content

Our International Business and Management Masters programme gives you the skills you need to unlock a wide range of global management opportunities.

You will develop a solid foundation of management knowledge, and a significant and detailed understanding of the issues that confront businesses operating on an international scale, such as:

  • rationales for international expansion
  • foreign market entry modes
  • theories of international business strategy
  • the role and influence of culture in international business
  • cross-cultural management.

The programme is flexible - optional modules allow you to tailor your studies to your personal career aspirations. A research method module gives you the tools you need to generate and analyse business intelligence, and you’ll be able to explore a topic of your choice in depth for the dissertation, under the supervision of an expert academic.

You’ll also have the opportunity to study abroad at our European partner institutions.
