This course combines two of the most exciting areas of management and leadership. It provides the knowledge and skills necessary for leading the practice of change and harnessing innovation.
Key to the course's philosophy is the connection between change and innovation and a focus on futures-oriented processes.
The course is designed to fit around your personal and professional commitments. It is taught in seven teaching blocks and you can choose to spread the course over a few years or complete it quickly in less than two years. Courses start in September, January and April.
Each three-day block is assessed through an organisation-based project which will contribute to your employer's business. The projects will ensure that you are using best practice in your work. Your employer will benefit from your ability to maximise organisational success during periods of change, as well as your capacity to effectively communicate the changes to staff.
All of the classroom teaching is workshop-based which promotes group discussion and the sharing of experience. Each of the modules incorporate real-life case studies.
Managing Change and Innovation MSc will enable you to become an authoritative practitioner and leader of change and innovation practice. Likely roles include change management consultant, programme manager, project leader, organisational innovator or entrepreneur.
