Two academic references. Proof of qualifications. For overseas students an English language qualification meeting the University's minimum requirement is essential (IELTS 6.5, with a minimum of 6 in the written component).

Course content

Rated 5 in the 2001 RAE, research in the school of languages aims to link language learning with language analysis. We have been at the forefront of "contrastive linguistics", a new research community which takes two languages and tries to explain their differences and similarities.
