Entry requirements

You should have an honours degree with a minimum 2:2 equivalent from a NARIC-recognised institution, or an HND equivalent plus at least five years' relevant industry experience. Other applicants with extensive industry experience will be considered on an individual basis. For non-native speakers of English: IELTS 6.5 overall, 6 in writing and 5.5 all other components or equivalent qualification. Course content

You will study the importance and value of the global hospitality industry in both entrepreneurial and economic terms, and examine its environmental impact. The course offers an innovative approach to the study of hospitality as an essential service and as a significant factor in economic and social development.

Graduates are equipped to join hospitality organisations in senior positions, enter consultancy or the public sector, become sector analysts, pursue an academic career or set up their own business.
