Entry requirements

We will consider an applicant with an upper-second class honours in a Law degree OR an applicant with a an upper-second class honours in a related degree who has at least three modules in corporate governance, labour law, company law and individual employment law. Previous or professional experience is not required.

At a critical time in history, our LLM in Labour Law and Corporate Governance is distinctive. It presents you with an exciting opportunity to develop a deep understanding of employment and company law (and their interaction) from an economic and socio-political perspective - and graduate to meet the growing demand for specialist lawyers in these fields.
