Months of entry
Course content2 modules chosen from a list of options taught by the Department of Land Economy; students also attend the Joint Schools' Postgraduate Courses in Research Methods in the Social Sciences (JSSS), which is compulsory, and complete a 20,000 word dissertation, supervised by one of the academic staff within the Department; the dissertation reviews the literature and develops research hypotheses, and possibly involves some preliminary data collection and analysis. Students must take six core JSSS modules and complete a research methods essay.
