Months of entry
Course provides training in the key areas of finance, economics and law as they relate to real estate markets; compulsory modules in: real estate finance; real estate development; quantitative research methods; real estate investment and risk analysis; plus optional modules from a list: real estate finance and securitisation; urban economics; legal issues in land use and finance; assessed by essays, written and oral examinations; dissertation; successful completion may enable continuation to PhD study.
