Course content

Taught routes: Students follow a specialist course in: Educational Research; Arts, Culture and Education; Critical Approaches to Children's Literature; Perspectives on Inclusive and Special Education; Educational Leadership and School Improvement; Mathematics Education; Politics, Development and Democratic Education; Psychology and Education; Research in Second Language Education; Child and Adolescent Counselling. Individual strand: thesis supervision and oral examination. All students receive training in educational research methods, and submit two essays and a thesis for examination.

Information for international students

International students are expected to demonstrate a fluent command of the English Language in the IELTS (preferably) or the TOEFL examinations. The minimum requirement is an overall band score of 7.0 with 7 in listening, writing and speaking and 6.5 in reading.
