This is a pre-experience programme. Applicants should have no more than a year of work experience (excluding vacation employment and internships).A First Class Honours degree (GPA 3.7 or higher) in a subject other than business or management.

Course content
The core of the MPhil in Management is grounded in the latest advances in business and management theory and covers finance and accounting, business economics, strategy, marketing, operations management, information systems, and organisational analysis. This is complemented by a range of electives aligned to potential careers in management.The MPhil in Management programme consists of:nine core courses and two electives.
Assessment: Each course carries the same weighting towards the final mark. A wide range of assessment strategies are used, including examination, assignments, case studies, presentations and coursework.

Although not compulsory, general GRE test may help application.
