Political Economy; Role of Institutions; Culture and Religion; Gender Issues; Globalisation; East Asia; South Asia; Latin America; Agriculture, Industry and Finance. Optional courses are offered by the departments/faculties of Economics; Land Economy; Management Studies; Social Anthropology; Finance; and Latin American Studies.
