Course content
Our MSc in Entrepreneurship and Innovation combines business theory and real-world challenges. You will be encouraged and supported to start your own business.
You will explore key theories and business models. You'll learn about business planning, including market research, financial planning and strategic management. This will inform your own business strategy. You'll also learn about the modern business environment, including globalisation and sustainability.
Our course emphasises real-world business skills. It's designed to foster creative problem-solving, resilience and leadership. You'll also learn about modern business tools, such as the application of AI.
You will be encouraged to start your own business alongside your studies. We'll provide lots of support and you can apply what you learn to your business. You can also become a member of the Centre for SME and Enterprise Development. You'll have access to a network of business owners, where you can exchange resources and knowledge. You can also use space in the Propeller Hub to develop, test and launch your business idea.
Our block learning approach provides a set schedule with fixed campus days that remain the same throughout your course. This makes it easier to plan around your studies. It gives you plenty of time to use our Propellor Hub, grow your business, or manage life and work commitments.

You may be a current business owner who wants to grow and scale up their business. You can develop your business knowledge and entrepreneurial skills. This will help you to identify new markets and opportunities for your business.
You may also wish to innovate within the business you're working in. This course will teach you key business theories and models to apply to your company. You'll also gain the leadership skills to affect change and make an impact.
