Course content

Our course takes an evidence-based approach to the active female and female athlete health. You'll learn best practices for assessing and managing their health, including musculoskeletal management.

Develop your knowledge of the female body. You will explore exercise before, during and after pregnancy. You will also learn about the effects of aging on both the active female and the female athlete.

You'll gain the skills to assess active females and female athletes at all stages of life. You will learn how to design effective development programmes tailored to their needs. Musculoskeletal management is also a key focus of the course.
