Applicants will normally be expected to hold a first degree with a minimum of 2:2 honours or equivalent. They should also have a minimum of two years’ work experience in a business-related position, normally at supervisory level.

Applicants whose first language is not English must provide evidence of English language proficiency qualification.

How will I be taught?

The MBA is provided at the University of Chester’s Business School, Queen’s Park Campus. The teaching is delivered in Churchill House, a historic building dating back to 1937.

All of the students on the MBA course have different objectives, focuses and learning styles. We offer you a range of subject options so you can adapt your MBA to meet your career goals.

Most modules include 30 hours of classroom-based teaching and 170 hours of independent study.

How will I be assessed?

Assessments can be presentations or written assignments – sometimes both – and a management project (dissertation).
