Entry requirements

A relevant first degree from a UK higher education institution with a degree classification of 2.1 or above (exceptions may be made for shortage subjects), or an equivalent recognised qualification; GCSE grade C or above in English Language and Maths (Essential); satisfactory levels of Information and Communications Technology competence and literacy competence (your needs will be discussed at the interview stage); 10 or more days observation in school (essential); disclosure required.

PGCE with recommendation for Qualified Teacher Status (includes 60 credits at Masters level). The programme is designed to meet the needs of trainee teachers throughout the 11-16 age range.
