Course content

Unlike many public health courses, our programme specifically embraces the social determinants of health and mobilisation for social change. It instils a perspective of health that embraces all aspects of the human experience and places health fully in the dynamic interplay of social structures. Our primary focus will be on social inequality, economic and environmental change, political challenges, migration and human rights.

The flexibility of the online course allows you to study at your own pace, working around your work and other commitments. We promote an evidence based approach that brings together the points of view of all relevant factors, bringing the potential to improve local practices.
