Course content

This unique course has been designed in an effort to equip lawyers and commercial business managers with the vital knowledge required to converge media, computing and telecommunications both by fixed line technologies and wireless applications.

All students will begin by engaging in a critical appraisal of relevant research methods to achieve competence in project planning and academic writing, gaining an awareness and critical understanding of commercialism in the legal sector, understanding the law in practice and legal ethics.

There are no exams to worry about - the programme is assessed by essays, presentations, advocacy exercises and professional portfolio. Students will be trained on how to prepare written advice to clients, how to draft court pleadings, conduct mediation and negotiation in an international law setting, and act as an advocate and present legal argument before an international forum.
