Entry requirements

A first or upper second-class honours degree in physics, electronic engineering or closely related subject, from a UK university or equivalent from elsewhere. OR A master's degree (MSc) in physics, electronic engineering or in a closely related subject. PLUS IELTS of 6.5 with a minimum of 6.0 in the written component, or equivalent.

Course content

The Division of Electronic Engineering, Physics & Renewable Energy has entered into a new and exciting phase of growth, with eminent staff appointments in cutting edge technology sectors such as; renewable energy, nanotechnology, bio-medical physics, optical manipulation and photonics.

This continual reinvigoration of the Division allows state-of-the-art teaching and research to compelment traditional fundamental knowledge transfer, so as to provide excellence in undergraduate and postgraduate degrees.
