Entry requirements

A good honours degree (preferably class 2:2 or above); GCSE grade C in Mathematics, English and a Science subject, professional suitability / practical experience of working with children of the relevant age range, preferably in the UK Primary School setting.

Course content

The Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE), one-year, full-time, Primary course is offered in partnership with nursery, infant, junior, primary, first and middle schools in Norfolk and Suffolk. The course is assessed against M Level criteria - leading to Qualified Teacher Status and 60 credits at Masters Level.

Information for international students

Applicants must have the minimum of English language ability equivalent to IELTS 6.5 is required with a minimum of 6.0 in all components. Campus accommodation is guaranteed for all international students who meet the specified criteria by 31st July.

  • Degree classification First class - £9,000
  • Degree classification 2:1 - £4,000
